Our Story
We built the tool we wished existed.
Marry Method was born from a simple observation: wedding planning is one of the most exciting times in a person's life, and somehow it ends up being one of the most stressful. We decided to do something about it.
How It Started
A project manager, a spreadsheet, and a lot of stressed-out friends.
It started with watching people we love go through one of the happiest seasons of their lives — and being completely overwhelmed by it. Friend after friend got engaged, and instead of glowing, they were drowning in vendor emails, conflicting timelines, and budget anxiety.
As a senior project manager, the urge to fix it was impossible to ignore. So we started small: a guest ranking spreadsheet to help a friend make the hardest call — who actually makes the cut when your venue holds 120 and you love 200 people. They loved it. Other friends wanted it. And from there, Marry Method was born.

We're not just building an app — we're building the thing we'll use ourselves one day. That keeps us honest about what actually matters and what's just noise.
What We Believe
Planning should feel good.
Checking things off a list and watching a plan come together is genuinely satisfying. We build tools that make that feeling accessible to everyone, not just the naturally organized.
Accessibility matters.
A full-service wedding planner can cost $10,000+. That shouldn't be the only way to have an organized, low-stress wedding. Marry Method puts professional-grade planning tools in everyone's hands.
Type A and Type B are both welcome.
One of us is deeply Type A. One of us is decidedly Type B. So we built something that works for both — because not every couple is the same, and our tools shouldn't assume otherwise.
Planners are partners, not an afterthought.
